SHIPPING POLICY
USA
Free Shipping on all orders within the USA!
Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent within 1-3 business days (*unless stated otherwise on an item description) we do not ship on weekends or holidays. However, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
*Graphic clothing orders require a 7-10 day processing time before shipping. These are made to order and do not ship directly from our warehouse.
All U.S. orders ship with USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier. We ship out Monday-Friday. Shipping times typically take 3-7 business days once they leave our warehouse packages are NOT insured. Copper + Rose is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping. Please make sure you enter the correct and valid delivery address for your order. Any returned packages with an incorrect address will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. We also offer Route at check out. We highly recommend.

Duties + Tariffs: Customers may be charged duties + tariffs on their orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Copper + Rose is not responsible for any country-specific tariffs or duties. Customers will incur any costs associated with duties, taxes, and/or customs.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days so we may address the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.Â
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it.Â
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

RETURN POLICY
We understand that online shopping doesn't always work out. However, we are here to try and make it right!
Please carefully review our full Return Policy and the Instructions below before sending your item back.
You can start a return from our Returns Portal (This is located at the bottom of the main website). If the item you are wanting to return is due to defects, please do not initiate a return through the portal it will be declined and take away from from your 10 day window. Please contact us directly at via Contact Us in the footer of the main website, and include your order number, photo of the defect, and the name of the item(s) you are referencing.Â
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for return. Original tags must be attached (if applicable). All returns must be initiated through our portal within 10 days of you receiving it per your tracking number, and shipped within 10 days of the approval date (everything is time stamped). The item must be received by our warehouse within 40 days of the original purchase date.Â
Shoes must be retuned in their original box. Please do not affix shipping labels to the original shoebox itself. Shoe boxes must be shipped inside another exterior, protective shipping box, otherwise the shoebox will become damaged during transit. We will not accept any shoeboxes with tape or shipping labels placed directly on the original shoebox. We will contact you to pay for shipping them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
Items that Cannot be Returned:
- Items appeared worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached (if applicable) will not be accepted.
- Items received beyond 30 days from the order date will not be accepted.
- Any item marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. *This includes ALL jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bralettes, and bodysuits, even if they do not specifically say final sale*
- Any custom made items, such as made to order graphic clothing, hats, jewelry, one time use items, and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.
- All BOGO Free items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Mystery Bags are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items discounted/Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
- Gift Cards are not eligible for return.Â
If you attempt to return any of the items above to our warehouse, we will contact you to pay for shipping them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. No store credit will be issued.
Store Gift Card:
Returns will be credited with an electronic store gift card for the original purchase price, minus the $7.99 return shipping fee (given you used our return label process). We do not offer refunds at this time, unless it is due to manufacture defects or the item is out of stock at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received and for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit once processed.
Canada Customers: We do not offer a shipping label for returns from Canada. Unless there is a defect or the wrong item is shipped, customers in Canada will be responsible for return shipping fees. Items need to be shipped back within 10 days of return approval.

How long does it take to process my return and receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 Business Days from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be delivered and processed. We will send you an email with your store gift card once your return is processed.
Is there a restock fee?
We do not charge restock fees.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for store credit ONLY.
